Having been immersed in the construction world from an early age, Jeffrey has turned his experience into a thriving business that specializes in managing complex projects, staying on budget, and meeting tight deadlines. His leadership is grounded in integrity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of project management, scheduling, and budgeting.

Melanie Wollke – VP of HR, Payroll, and Legal Compliance
With an impressive 35-year career in the insurance industry, Melanie Wollke brings a wealth of experience in human resources, payroll, and legal compliance to her role at D3 Development Group. Initially retired and enjoying her time as a full-time grandmother, Melanie was inspired to come out of retirement when her son, Jeff, asked her to help establish the back office functions of his company.
Melanie’s extensive background in HR and legal compliance makes her an invaluable asset to D3 Development Group, ensuring that the company operates smoothly and adheres to the ever-changing legal landscape. Her career, characterized by adaptability and foresight, has taught her the importance of always having a Plan B—a lesson she imparts to others with the advice to develop a strong work ethic.
For Melanie, the most rewarding part of her job is ensuring that the company stays on top of new legislation both in the HR and Payroll areas in order to keep D3 in legal compliance.
James Dunn – Construction Project Manager
James Dunn has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age, turning his early experiences into a lifelong passion for building and transformation. As a Construction Project Manager at D3 Development Group, James thrives on the challenge of creating new spaces and revitalizing old ones. His role allows him to see firsthand the impact of innovation and creativity in the construction process.
James chose to join D3 Development Group because of its status as a fast-growing family business that offers a fun and dynamic work environment. He describes his career as “Inspiring, Imaginative, and Innovative,” a reflection of his dedication to continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in construction.
One of the most valuable lessons James has learned in his career is the importance of precision: “Measure twice, cut once.” This attention to detail is something he carries into every project, ensuring that each one meets the highest standards of quality.
James also enjoys the constant evolution of the construction industry, particularly how new technology is making the process more efficient and effective. His advice to those just starting their careers? “Soak up all the knowledge you can, be on time, and always give 100% to your job.”
Tristin Price – Sales Manager
Tristin Price brings a wealth of experience in customer service, sales, and real estate to her role as Sales Manager at D3 Development Group. With a career that has continually evolved, Tristin has honed her skills in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions in the construction and contracting industry. Beverlee Dunn – Office Manager
Beverlee Dunn brings a diverse background to her role as Office Manager at D3 Development Group. Originally starting her career in pensions, Beverlee made the switch to the construction industry to broaden her knowledge and embrace new challenges. Her transition into this field has been marked by growth and the opportunity to contribute to a family-owned business, something she values deeply.
A key lesson she has learned throughout her career is the importance of stepping outside of your comfort zone to achieve growth—a philosophy that has guided her professional journey.
Beverlee’s advice to young professionals is simple yet powerful: “You can do anything you set your mind to do, but you must put in the work to succeed!” She enjoys the dynamic nature of her industry, particularly the opportunity to work on diverse client projects that keep her role exciting and fulfilling.
